brasserie Orange by k1p3 architects

The venue for Brasserie Orange is the former O’Dwyer’s restaurant premises in Mary St, which has undergone a total design transformation at the hands of Berlin architectural firm K1P3.

The quirky design alone would be a reason to visit. Guy Kellner is one of the most influential figures in the New York restaurant scene, and brings a wealth of experience in the restaurant business to the South East.

While running the food and beverage operation for the world renowned Waldorf = Astoria in New York Guy relaunched the hotel’s signature restaurant, Peacock Alley. With the collaboration of chef Laurent Gras it went on to secure the coveted 3* rating from the New York Times Review.
